Do I need to be a large company or can an individual also ask for help?
We will and have done business with a variety of different clients. At Ferguson Engineering and Automation, we have completed projects ranging from individuals needing just a small part made to fabrication shops requesting CAD models to multi national companies needed help with rapid prototyping. There is no project that is too small.
Is there a minimum cost to start a project? Is it affordable?
There is not a minimum cost or high entry point to start a project with us. At Ferguson Engineering and Automation we pride ourselves on our ability to operate effectively without a lot of unnecessary overhead costs. It is because of this that we have been able to accept and complete projects for under $100.00.
Is my data and intellectual property safe? Are Non Disclosure Agreements available?
Yes, your data is safe and protected. All data pertaining to your project is stored locally and backed up on an offline storage drive. At Ferguson Engineering and Automation we also offer basic NDAs and are willing to sign an NDA that you provide as well.
How does billing or payment work?
Depending on the project or service provided; either a quote or an invoice will be sent at the beginning of the project. Depending on how involved the project is will determine the terms for payment.

Project timelines vary based on complexity, but most small scale jobs are completed in 3-7 business days. Larger automation systems may take several weeks.
